Community Facilities a. Change the street pattern surrounding two K-8 schools located on the Hansen-Gager property in order to indicate only two streets on the periphery of the school rather than three as shown on the Proposed Plan. b. Relocate a portion of Taesajara Creek west of Santa Rita Road north of the Arroyo Mocho in order to make the Channel a buffer between high density land uses abutting Santa Rita Road and Industrial uses to the west. 5. Extend Valley Avenue ae a major thoroughfare southwesterly of Hopyard Road to a new freeway interchange on Route 680 at the approximate ffid-point between the relocated Pine Avenue interchange and the Bernal Avenue interchange. With regard to the remaining item on the agenda, Tentative Subdivision Map; Tract No. 2639 (Fairlands), Mr. Fales said that Mr. Oakee had indicated he would be unable to be present this evening, and the staff recommended the matter be continued to the meeting of February 10.
