Approval of said Site Plan does nat include approval of <br />the carport indicated thereon. <br />Ms. Fales presented a referral from the Alameda County Planning Department, dated <br />March 31, 1965, regarding the Tentative Subdivision Map of Tract No. 2556, which <br />was submitted by volk-McLain Commuaitiea, Inc., and which will be considered by <br />the County Planning Commission on April 26, 1965. Mr. Fales read the staff report <br />wlth regard to the subject referral in which recommendations were made as to lot <br />layout, streets, water service, utilities in general, and railroad location. Fol- <br />lowing discussion by the Commission, it was moved by Chairman Landon, seconded by <br />Commissioner Antonini, and carried, that the staff be instructed to transmit the <br />recommendations to the Alameda County Planning Department. <br />Mr. Fales read a referral from the Alameda County Planning Department, dated <br />March 24, 1965, regarding the request of Roselma Bonds for an adjustment and <br />approval of a building Bite with no frontage on an approved County road, which ie <br />to be considered by the Alameda County Planning Commission on April 26, 1965. Mr. <br />Fates read the staff report, which stated that the proposed use follows the General <br />Plan, but it Ss difficult to determine how the proposed house location, easterly of <br />Pleasanton Heights, would relate to the proposed future location of Pico Avenue, <br />to easements which might be necessary across lands not owned by the applicant in <br />order that public services mey be provided for the applicant's property, and to <br />the utilization of septic tanks in this particular area. Following discussion by <br />the Co~ieaion, it was moved by Chairman Lsndon, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, <br />and carried, that the staff be instructed to transmit the recommendations ae pre- <br />sented to the Alameda County Planning Department. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of Com- <br />missioner Lozano, seconded by Commiasioner.•Rega, and carried, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 11:05 P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, April 28, 1965, at 8:00 P.M. <br />
