<br />The application of Kinney E. Griffin, 4510 Williams St., Fremont,
<br />for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape
<br />Approval !n order to construct 14 multiple dwelling unite at
<br />4795 Narsison St., in an RG-15 District, !e hereby approved,
<br />subject Co the following conditionsd
<br />1. Amore precise grading and drainage plan moat be submitted
<br />with the site plea for review and approval by the City
<br />Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permit.
<br />2. All off-street parking areas and access aisles moat be
<br />paved to City standards with a minimum of 1§ inches of
<br />asphalt concrete and 5 inches of aggregate base.
<br />3. The existing planter strip adjacent to the curb must be
<br />filled with concrete to City standards, leaving a mialmum
<br />of five planter pockets with trees planted as indicated on
<br />the approved site plan.
<br />4. All driveway approaches must be constructed to City standards.
<br />The next item on the agenda was the application of T. W. Goe, 778 Mirador Court,
<br />for a Zoning Permit in order to install an electric sign on an office building
<br />located at 901 Santa Rita Road, in a C-T District, continued from August 11, 1965.
<br />Mr. Falea gave the staff report. This application had been continued so that Mr.
<br />Struthers could report on the legal aspects of the pending suit with Mr. Goe.
<br />Previously the Commission had granted a Variance for the construction of a
<br />maintenance building upon the condition that a flashing sign on another part of
<br />the property be taken down. Mr. Struthers reiterated hie previous opinion that
<br />conditions to zoning permits of thin nature are weak from a strictly legal point of
<br />view, and he advised the Commission not to continue the suit. In addition, he
<br />recommended that from a legal standpoint the current application was in order end
<br />conformed to the coning ordinance. After further discussion, upon motion by
<br />Chairman Landon, aecoaded by Commissioner Johnston, the following resolution was
<br />adopted by vote ae follows: AYES - Chairmen Landon, Commiesionere Antonini,
<br />Johnston; ABSTAINED - Commissioner Rega.

<br />WHEREAS, the application of T. W. Goe, 178 Mirador Court, fora Zoning
<br />Permit in order to install an electric sign on an office
<br />building located at 901 Santa Rita Road, in a C-T District, has come
<br />before this Co®iaeion;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT
<br />RESOLVED, that the above-named Zoning Permit is hereby granted.
<br />The next item on the agenda aae the application of 8dgren Motors, 235 South Maia
<br />St., for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural Approval, in order to
<br />construct office apace within an existing building, at the above address in a
<br />C-G District. After the staff report vat presented, Mr. Jack Brae, Architect for
<br />Edgren Motors, described the plane to the members of the Commission. There being
<br />no further discussion, upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Co®iaeioner
<br />Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.
