RAF OLUTION NO. 478 <br />WNBREAS, the application of Eduard Nerdy, 739 Main St., fore Zoning Permit <br />in order to erect en illuminated, non flashing, buaiaesa sign ae <br />the above location in a C-C Diatsict, has come before thin Commission: <br />NOW, TNBREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above-named Zoning Permit is hereby approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. The sign shall be a fixed sign with constant illumination <br />only. <br />2. The area of the sign be limited to approximstely 12 aq.ft. <br />In addition, the applicant should ba reminded that building and electrical perffite <br />will be required. <br />Thera were no referrals from Alameda County presented at this meeting. <br />The next item on the agenda was discuealen of proposed multiple dwelling complex, <br />mrth side of Vineyard Avenue. Ms. Fraotc Auf Der Maur wan present in the audience, <br />and informed the Commi.eaion that hie Architect was unable to get the plane ready <br />for presentation at this time, and asked that this be continued to the meeting of <br />November 24, 1965. <br />There were no matters for the information of the Commission. <br />There were Lwo reports from the Subdivision Committee as follower <br />1. Minor Subdivision No. MS-65-4, the subdivision of a seven acre parcel of land <br />owned by Edwin E. Orloff into two - one acre parcels and a five acre parcel, subject <br />to the Planning Commission allowtng the proposed modification as presented in the <br />report. Upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commieaiooer Plato, the follow- <br />ing resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />Rfi§OLUTIOIi N0. 479 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The City Planning Commdeelon hereby grants the modification <br />ee outlined in the Subdivision Committee Report No. MS-65-4, <br />dated October 27, 1965, the subdivision of a seven acre parcel <br />of land owned by Edw-d E. Orloff into two - ot-e acre parcels <br />and a five acre parcel. <br />2. Minos Subdivision No. MS-65-5, the subdivision of the 8.5 acre commercial pastel <br />at the southwest corner of Santa Rita Road amd Valley Avenue intersection into three <br />parcels of 2.3, 2.8 and 3.4 scree.
