RAF OLUTION NO. 478 WNBREAS, the application of Eduard Nerdy, 739 Main St., fore Zoning Permit in order to erect en illuminated, non flashing, buaiaesa sign ae the above location in a C-C Diatsict, has come before thin Commission: NOW, TNBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above-named Zoning Permit is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The sign shall be a fixed sign with constant illumination only. 2. The area of the sign be limited to approximstely 12 aq.ft. In addition, the applicant should ba reminded that building and electrical perffite will be required. Thera were no referrals from Alameda County presented at this meeting. The next item on the agenda was discuealen of proposed multiple dwelling complex, mrth side of Vineyard Avenue. Ms. Fraotc Auf Der Maur wan present in the audience, and informed the Commi.eaion that hie Architect was unable to get the plane ready for presentation at this time, and asked that this be continued to the meeting of November 24, 1965. Minor Subdivision No. MS-65-4, the subdivision of a seven acre parcel of land owned by Edwin E. Orloff into two - one acre parcels and a five acre parcel, subject to the Planning Commission allowtng the proposed modification as presented in the report. Upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commieaiooer Plato, the follow- ing resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.
