Noldener, <br />6000 Telegraph ,4•±e., Oakland, for an amendgrent to Ord. No. 309 rezoning approximately <br />20 scree located at the intersection of Greenwood Road and Black Avenue, from the A <br />to the R-1 District. Mr. Pales presented the staff report, stating that Chia area <br />was annexed to the C1ty ae a portion of Annexation No. 31, but was not included in <br />an annexation agreegrent at that time due to ownership. It wag moved by Commissioner <br />Antonini, seconded by Coaroieaioner Rege, and carried, that the public hearing be <br />closed. Upon motion of Chairman Laixlon, seconded bg Co®i.saioopr Antonini, the <br />following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />uutrn-UTiON NO. 474 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The City Planning Commission recoo~enda to the City Council <br />the approval of the application of Marie E. Holdener. 6000 <br />Telegraph Ave., Oakland, for an amendment to Ord. No. 309 <br />rezoning approximately 20 acres located at the intersection <br />of Greegwood Road and Black Avenue, from the A to the R-1 <br />District. <br />Chairmen Landon opened the public hearing on the application of the Planning Commis- <br />sion for an agrendment to Ord. No. 309 assigning zoning districts to the area of <br />Annexation rio.36, Pleasanton-Sunni Annex "E" (continued from August 11, Sept. 22). <br />Mr. Fales read the staff report on this area, which ie located southerly of Sunol <br />Boulevard and includes 34 acres. It was gwved by Commissioner Antonini, seconded by <br />Commissioner Rega, and carried, that the public hearing be closed. After discussion, <br />upon motion of Commi.asioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following <br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 475 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The City Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />that the area of Annexation No. 36, Pleasanton-Sunni Annex <br />"E", be zoned I-Y, Industrial Park District. <br />Chairmen Landon opened the public hearing on the application of the Planning Cog®i.s- <br />sion for an agresdorent to Ord. No. 309 assigning zoning districts to the area of <br />Annexation No. 34, "Berry Farm" Annex. This area ie located southerly of Stanley <br />Boulevard and includes approximately 9 acres. Mr. Falea presented the staff report. <br />It was moved by Co®issioner Antonini, seconded by Cogml.saloner Plato, and carried, <br />that the public hearing be closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by <br />Commissioner Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unaniaous vote. <br />
