CITY SERVICE <br /> <br />This Exhibit is an attachment to a Standard Agreement For Consultation Or Other <br />Services executed by Thornton Anderson Architects, (the Consultant) and the City of <br />Pleasanton, California, (the City) in connection with the Softball Fieldhouse. <br /> <br />City will provide the following services or materials: <br /> <br />A. Sufficient information concerning policies, background, previous studies, soils <br />reports and other information necessary for Consultant to assemble design background <br />information. Specifically City shall provide the following drawings: <br /> <br /> a. Original construction drawings for the existing site and existing facilities/ <br /> utilities including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical/Plumbing, <br /> Electrical and Civil work. <br /> <br />B. General Conditions, City Bidding Requirements, standard drawings and standard <br />bidding documents for specifications and sample of typical project plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> C. Outline of City Project Manager duties, including contract administration, materials <br /> testing, on-site inspection and observation services during construction. <br /> <br />D. All environmental impact reports and processing as may be required. <br /> <br />E. Review reports, plans, specifications, and estimates and provide review comments <br />within a reasonable time period (approximately one to two weeks). Since the City has <br />established a tight time schedule this time period may be required to be immediate. <br /> <br /> F. Be responsible for the advertisement of projects, printing of plans for bidding and <br /> the sale for plans and specifications during the public bidding process. <br /> <br />G. Access to all City facilities to be involved in the project. <br /> <br /> H. Be responsible for submission of construction documents for all necessary permits <br /> and approvals and payment of related fees. <br /> <br /> I. Outline of all City Council and Public meetings required for project review and <br /> approval. <br /> <br />J. An outline of programming and needs assessment data compiled to date. <br /> <br /> <br />
