Tentative Map for this development. Those plans and maps were approved by the City <br />pursuant to the agreement although the area was technically still under the juris- <br />diction of Alameda County. Staff recommended approval of the Planned Unit Devel- <br />opment. Upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the <br />following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 501 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Schulte-Blackwell Development <br />Company, for a Zoning Permit with Planned Unit <br />Development Approval, for the area of Tract No. <br />2814, Highland Oaks, Unit No. 2, as approved <br />by the Alameda County Planning Commission, has <br />come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above-named application for Zoning Permit <br />be approved as Planned Unit Development in accord- <br />ance with Tentative Map for Tract 2814 with the <br />stipulation that it cannot become effective until <br />1t becomes part of the City and when it is rezoned. <br />The next item on the agenda was the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2829, <br />Vineyard Terrace. Mr. Campbell presented the staff report which stated that this <br />was the next unit of Vineyard Terrace adjacent and easterly of Units No. 1 and 2. <br />The report listed ten conditions to be attached to approval of this map. Mr. <br />Fairfield, representing Mr. Lund, and Mr. Lund were both present in the audience. <br />After further discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded <br />by Commissioner Plato, the following resolution was adopted with roll call vote as <br />follows: AYES: Commissioner Antonini, Johnston, Plato and Chairman Landon; NOES: <br />Commissioner Rega. <br />RE3OLUTION NO. 502 <br />WHEREAS, the application for approval of Tentative Sub- <br />division Map for Tract No. 2829, Vineyard <br />Terrace, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above-named Tentative Map be approved <br />subject to the ten conditions stated in the <br />report to the Planning Commission, dated <br />January 12, 1966, Subject: Report on <br />Tentative Map, Tract 2829 (Vineyard Terrace) <br />as required by Section 4.03 of Ordinance No. <br />358. <br />The next item on the agenda was the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract 2814, <br />Highland Oaks. Mr. Fales presented the staff report which stated that this map <br />had been previously approved, informally, by the Planning Commission as Tentative <br />Map, Tract 2724, when this area was still technically under the County jurisdiction. <br />The map presented is in effect the Tentative Map for Tract 2724 which was previously <br />approved with the area of Tract 2724 shown blocked out. The change in jurisdiction <br />only has technically required first that a new number be assigned to this and <br />second, that formal approval be gained by the City Planning Commission. After <br />further discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded <br />by Commissioner Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 503 <br />WHEREAS, the application for approval of Tentative Sub- <br />division Map for Tract No. 2814, Highland Oaks, <br />has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above-named Tentative Map be approved <br />subject to conditions set forth in the report to <br />the City Council, dated March 26, 1965, subject <br />Tract 2724; omitting condition 1.(d); and adding <br />Condition 11, which is: This development will be <br />subject to the payment of in-lieu fees that might <br />be required by a~ park land dedication ordinance <br />enacted by the Council prior to the time of approval <br />of the Final Map. <br />
