Tentative Map for this development. Those plans and maps were approved by the City
pursuant to the agreement although the area was technically still under the juris-
diction of Alameda County. Staff recommended approval of the Planned Unit Devel-
opment. Upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the
following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.
RESOLUTION N0. 501
WHEREAS, the application of Schulte-Blackwell Development
Company, for a Zoning Permit with Planned Unit
Development Approval, for the area of Tract No.
by the Alameda County Planning Commission, has
come before this Commission:
RESOLVED, that the above-named application for Zoning Permit
be approved as Planned Unit Development in accord-
ance with Tentative Map for Tract 2814 with the
stipulation that it cannot become effective until
1t becomes part of the City and when it is rezoned.
The next item on the agenda was the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2829,
Vineyard Terrace. Mr. Campbell presented the staff report which stated that this
was the next unit of Vineyard Terrace adjacent and easterly of Units No. 1 and 2.
The report listed ten conditions to be attached to approval of this map. Mr.
Fairfield, representing Mr. Lund, and Mr. Lund were both present in the audience.
After further discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded
by Commissioner Plato, the following resolution was adopted with roll call vote as
follows: AYES: Commissioner Antonini, Johnston, Plato and Chairman Landon; NOES:
as required by Section 4.03 of Ordinance No.
358.
The next item on the agenda was the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract 2814,
Highland Oaks. Mr. Fales presented the staff report which stated that this map
had been previously approved, informally, by the Planning Commission as Tentative
Map, Tract 2724, when this area was still technically under the County jurisdiction.
The map presented is in effect the Tentative Map for Tract 2724 which was previously
approved with the area of Tract 2724 shown blocked out. The change in jurisdiction
only has technically required first that a new number be assigned to this and
second, that formal approval be gained by the City Planning Commission. After
further discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded
by Commissioner Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.
