After discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by <br />Commissioner Rega, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 515 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Frank Schmidig, 819 Kolln Street, <br />for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural <br />and Landscape Approval in order to construct a four- <br />plex at 4059 Vineyard Avenue, in an RG-15 District, <br />has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved subject <br />to annotation of plans for parking and paving. <br />Referrals from Alameda County - Clifton Bonds, 381 Oak Lane, Pleasanton to permit <br />keeping of two horses on a 2'~ acre parcel at the aforesaid address. The Commission <br />instructed the staff to indicate approval to the County Planning Commission. <br />Louie Fine, 8450 Alpha Lane, Sunol, to construct a new dwelling on a lot without <br />frontage on an approved County Road. The Commission instructed the staff to indicate <br />approval to the County Planning Commission. <br />Mr. Pales then submitted to the Commission a map and brochure relative to the <br />proposed County Scenic Route Plan in this area. Mr. Fales distributed copies of <br />the League of California Cities report on 'Undergrounding of Utilities' which was <br />also endorsed by the Mayor's Conference. <br />Mr. Fales then read a communication from Mr. Ted Fairfield pertaining to street <br />names and a suggestion that a Street Name Committee be created to provide adequate <br />and suitable names for the up-coming subdivisions, the first being the Stoneson <br />property, "Stonegate". Commissioner Antonini and Commissioner Johnston were <br />appointed as the Street Name Committee. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Rega, seconded by Chairman Landon, and carried, the meoting was <br />adjourned at 10:11 P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, February 23, 1966, at 8:00 P.M_ <br />
