CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-513 <br /> <br /> RESOI/3TION APPROVING SUPPORT AGREEMENT <br /> WITH IDEAL COMPUTER SERVICES (ICS) FOR <br /> MAINTENANCE OF CITY'S PERSONALCOMPUTERS <br /> ANDHEWLETT-PACKARDMINI-COMPUTER <br /> EQUIPMRNT <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Support Agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and Ideal Computer <br /> Services (ICS), regarding maintenance of the City's <br /> personal computers and Hewlett-Packard Mini- <br /> Computer equipment, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 12, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Pegg~ ~zfdro ~ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APP <br /> <br />Michael H.
