<br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Comsission was called to order at
<br />8:00 P.M., on Wednesday, April 13, 1966, by Chairman Landon.
<br />ROLL CALL showed the following:
<br />Present: Commissioner Antonini
<br />Johnston
<br />Plato
<br />Rega
<br />Chairman Landon
<br />Secretary Falea
<br />Upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the minutes of
<br />the meeting of March 23, 1966, were approved as presented by unanimous vote.
<br />Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the appllcation of Shell 011 Company,
<br />235 W. Mac Arthur Boulevard, Oakland, for an amendment to Ordinance No. 309 re-
<br />zoning a parcel of property located at 4226 First Street (Map 94, Lot 70, Parcel 13)
<br />from the C-0 District to the C-T District. Mr. Fales presented a Letter which had
<br />been written to Shell Oil Company with the conditions as prescribed by the City
<br />Council. This letter was dated March 25, 1966. Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini,
<br />seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After
<br />further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Johnston, the following resolution was adopted with vote as follows: AYES: Com-
<br />missioners Antonini, Johnston, Plato and Chairman Landon. NOES: Commissioner Rega.
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 543
<br />WHEREAS, the application of Shell 011 Company, 235 W. Mac
<br />Arthur Boulevard, Oakland, for an amendment to
<br />Ordinance No. 309 rezoning a parcel of property
<br />located at 4226 First Street (Map 94, Lot 70, Parcel
<br />13) from the C-0 District to the C-T District, has
<br />come before this Commission:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
<br />RESOLVED: that the Commission, hereby, recommends to the
<br />City Council that the subject property be re-
<br />zoned to C-T.
<br />After further discussion of site plan, architecture and landscaping approval, upon
<br />motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, the following res-
<br />olution was adopted with vote as follows: AYES: Commissioners Johnston, Plato,
<br />Rega and Chairman Landon. NOES: Commissioner Antonini.

<br />WfB:REAS, the application of Shell Oil Company, 235 W. Mac
<br />Arthur Boulevard, Oakland, for Site Plan, Archi-
<br />tecural and Landscape Approval for property
<br />located at 4226 First Street, has come before
<br />this Commiasicc:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
<br />RESOLVED: that the above named appllcation be approved
<br />subject to conditions listed in letter from
<br />City Council, dated March 25, 1966.
