<br />with a retail liquor business at 728 Main Street, in

<br />RESOLVED: that the above-vaned application be approved subject
<br />to conditions set forth 1n staff report.
<br />Chaiman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Karl H. Rloock,
<br />17 Lisbon Street, San Francisco, for a Conditional Use Permit in order to install
<br />a temporary sign advertiziag a future Wells-Fargo Bank location, at the southwest
<br />corner of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue, in a C-N District. Mr. Falea pre-
<br />sented the staff report which recomended approval and concluded that this type of
<br />sign advertizing the coning of a new business on the property ie an appropriate
<br />use although not specifically covered in the Zoning Ordinance. Upon motion of
<br />Coca~isaiones Arnold, seconded by Chairman Antonini, and carried, the public hearing
<br />was closed. During the discussion which followed, the Comnisaioa indicated that
<br />they would prefer one structure with all signs attached thereto. With the consent
<br />of the applicant, upon notion of Comnisaioner Johnston, seconded by Cocinisaioner
<br />Garrigan, and carried, it was detemined to continue this matter to the meeting of
<br />May 25, 1966, in order to allow the applicant tine to contact the developer of the
<br />shopping center relative to a single structure containing all relevent signs.
<br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Pleasanton Mobile-
<br />hone Park, 4202~Stanley Boulevard, for a Conditional Use Petnit in order to erect
<br />two temporary carports at the above address in a C-T District. Mr. Falea presented
<br />the staff report which recomended approval and suggested that perhaps a blanket use
<br />permit could be issued to the owner of a trailer park in cases such as this. Upon
<br />notion of Connissioner Johnston, seconded by Conmisaioner Pinto, and carried, the
<br />public hearing was closed. After further discussion, upon motion of Comisaiones
<br />Plato, seconded by Conmiasioner Garrigan, the following resolution was adopted by
<br />unanimous vote.

<br />443 St. John Street, for a Conditional Uae Pemit is order to construct a residence
<br />upon the rear portion of property located at the above address, io a C-C District.
<br />Mr. Fates presented the staff report which recoanended approval. Mr. Lmbert was
<br />present in the audience and further explained hie plane. Upon notion of Coin*
<br />niasioner Johnston, seconded by Chairman Antonini, and carried, the public hearing
<br />was closed. After further discussion, upon notion of Comissioner Plato, seconded
<br />by Chairmn Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.
