The next iten on the agenda was the application of John Edgren and Sons, Inc., 234 Main Street, for a Zoning Pemit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape Approval, in order to nw e a building onto a site at 235 Main Street, in a C-0 District, for use as an auto sales office. Mr. Canpbell presented the staff report which reconnended approval. After further discussion, upon uotion of Chaiman Antonini, seconded by Cormissioner Arnold, the following resolution was adopted by unaninous vote. RESOLUTION N0. 581 WHEREAS, the application of John Edgren and Sona, Inc., 234 Main Street, for a Zoning Pernit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape Approval, in order to Hove a building onto a site at 235 Main Street, in a C-0 District, for use as an auto sales office, has cone before this Comiasion: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the above-Waned application be approved. There were no Connunications. The next iten on the agenda was consideration of Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract 2860 (Pleasaaton Valley). Mr. Canpbell infomed the Conniasion that the applicant had requested that this natter be continued. Upon notion of Co~iesioner Arnod, seconded by Chaiman Antonini, and carried, it was detemined to continue this natter to the nesting of June 8, 1966, with the consent of the applicant. The next iten on the agenda was consideration of Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract 2573 (Mission Park). Mr. Canpbell presented the staff report listing con- ditions for approval. Ted Fairfield was present in the audience. Mrs. Denise Thibault was also present in the audience. After discussion on the natter, upon notion of Chaiman Antonini, seconded by Convisaioner Arnold, the following reso- lution was adopted by unaninous vote. RESOLUTION NO. 582 WHEREAS, the Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract 2573 (Mission Park) has cone before this Cotsaiasion: NOW, THEREF~tE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the above-Waned nap be approved subject to all conditions listed in staff report dated May 25, 1966. Under Referrals fron Alaueda County, Mr. Canpbell presented a staff report concern- ing Tentative Map for Tract 2850 for an Industrial Tract on Nopyard by Volk-McLain Cocnunitiea, Inc. After hearing the staff report and discussing the natter, it was detemined by the Cozs~ission to instruct the staff to contact the County Planning Connission stating to th® that this tract is acceptable to the City of Pleasanton. There being no further business to cone before the Couniesion, upon notion of Chaiman Antonini, seconded by Conniasioner Garrigan, and carried, the nesting was adjourned at 9:35 P.M., to nest again on Wednesday, June 8, 1966, at 8:00 P.M.
