<br />Chaiman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of the Pacific Tel-
<br />ephone and Telegraph Company, 111 North Market Street, San Joae, for a Conditional
<br />Uae Pewit in order to construct an addition to an existing cotr~unicationa equip-
<br />ment building at 4341 Railroad Avenue, in a C-C District. Mr. Campbell presented
<br />the staff report which recommended approval with one condition. Mr. John Dazrell,
<br />representing the Telephone Compamr, was present in the audience and concurred with
<br />the staff report. Mr. Darrell stated that he thought it would be two to three
<br />years for the new building on Spring Street to be completed and the Railroad Avenue
<br />building vacated. Upon notion of Coaoiasioner Carrigan, seconded by Co®iaeioner
<br />Arnold, and carried, the public hearing waa closed. After further discussion, upon
<br />notion of Conoisaioner Arnold, seconded by Chaiman Antonini, the following teao-
