MINUTE S <br />of <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />June 22, 1966 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at <br />8:02 P.M., on Wednesday, June Z2, 1966, by Chairman Antonini. <br />ROLL CALL showed the following: <br />Present: Commissioners Arnold <br />Johnston <br />Chairman Antonini <br />Absent: Commissioners Carrigan <br />Plato <br />Secretary Falea <br />Mr. Alan Campbell, City Engineer, acted as <br />Secretary Pro Tem for this meeting. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, the minutes <br />of the meeting of June 8, 1966, were approved as presented by unanimous vote. <br />Under Meeting Open for any Member of the Audience to Address the Commission, Mr. <br />Richard D. Maggach spoke stating that he desired to use a now vacant lot, owned by <br />Milt Dunham, for storage facilities. Mr. Maggach further stated that this would <br />be a Butler building. Mr. Campbell pointed out that a Conditional Use Permit <br />would be necessary for this purpose. It was then determined to discuss this matter <br />further under Item 6 of the Agenda, Communications. <br />Chairman Antonini then opened the public hearing on the application of the Planning <br />Commission for an amendment to Ordinance No. 309 rezoning the rear portion of a <br />parcel of property located at 4226 First Street from the C-0 District to the RG <br />District; rezoning the front portion of said property from the C-0 District to the <br />C-T District; and rezoning the area fronting on the east aide of First Street, <br />southerly of said property, from the C-0 District to the RG District. Upon motion <br />of Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried the public <br />hearing was closed. After further discussion, upon motion of Chairman Antonini, <br />seconded by Commissioner Johnston, the following resolution was adopted by unani- <br />mous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 586 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planniag Commission for an <br />amendment to Ordinance No. 309 sezoning the rear <br />portion of a parcel of property located at 4226 <br />First Street from the C-0 District to the RG <br />District; rezoning the front portion of said <br />property from the C-0 District to the C-T Dis- <br />trict; and rezoning the area fronting on the <br />east aide of First Street, southerly of said <br />property, from the C-0 District to the RG <br />District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved as <br />designated on map entitled "Proposed Re-zoning <br />Shell Service Station Site", namely; <br />Parcel 2 - C-0 to RG 25 <br />Parcel 3 - C-0 to RG 25 <br />Parcel 5 - C-0 to C-T <br />Parcel 4 - C-0 to RG 25 <br />
