Mr. Campbell presented the staff report which recommended approval. Mrs. McGregor <br />and a representative of Guaranteed Homes were present in the audience and concurred <br />with the staff report. Upon motion of Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by Chairman <br />Antonini, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After further discussion, <br />upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Comaiaeioner Johnston, the following <br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 600 <br />WHEREAS, the application of L. D. McGregor, 4812 Harrison <br />Street, for an amendment to Ordinance No. 309 <br />rezoning a parcel of property located at 4782 <br />Harrison Street, from the R-1 District to the <br />RG-15 District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the Planning Commission recommend to the <br />City Council that the above named application <br />be approved. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of the Methodist <br />Church for a Conditional Uae Permit in order to allow the temporary use of a single <br />family dwelling located at 1560 Santa Rita Road for Sunday Church services together <br />with an accessory sign, in an R-1 District. Mr. Campbell presented the staff report <br />which recommended approval with a possible time limit. Mr. Darrell Darling was <br />present in the audience and concurred with the staff report and asked for a time <br />limit of about six months. Upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Chairman <br />Antonini, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After further discussion, <br />upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Chairman Antonini, the following <br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 601 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Methodist Church for a <br />Conditional Use Permit in order to allow the <br />temporary use of asingle-family dwelling located <br />at 1560 Santa Rita Road for Sunday Church services <br />together with an accessory sign, in an R-1 District, <br />has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THBREFORE, BB IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved with <br />a time limit of one year. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of the Stoneaon Development Corp- <br />oration, 3150 20th Avenue, San Francisco, for a Zoning Permit with Planned Unit <br />Development in order to obtain approval for land uses indicated on the Tentative <br />Map for Tract No. 2896. Mr. Campbell briefly went over the staff report again. <br />Mr. Ted Fairfield spoke to justify the map submitted. After considerable disuussion. <br />upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Chairman Antonini, the following <br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 602 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Stoneaon Development Corporation, <br />3150 20th Avenue, San Francisco, for a Zoning Permit with <br />Planned Unit Development in order to obtain approval for <br />land uses indicated on the Tentative Map for Tract No. <br />2896, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved subject <br />to conditions listed is staff report, adding that <br />a time limit of ten years be approved for development <br />on the entire development. <br />
