5. CHARGES <br /> <br />a) The charges are specified in Attachment A. Charges for <br /> services performed which are not covered by this agreement <br /> will be charged at the hourly rate listed in Attachment A or <br /> at an amount agreed upon in a supplemental contract. Any <br /> such charges will be invoiced separately. <br /> <br />b) All charges are exclusive of federal, state or local taxes. <br /> If CONSULTANT is obligated to collect taxes, they will <br /> appear as separate items on the CONSULTANT's invoice. <br /> <br />6. INVOICING <br /> <br />Invoicing for Maintenance charges will occur in advance <br />semiannually. The initial invoice will be dated on the effective <br />date of this Agreement. <br /> <br />7.
