b. The existing building moat be connected to the <br />City sewer system and the present septic tank <br />system properly disconnected and abandoned. <br />c. The area forward of the building must be cleaned <br />up and the existing pavement repaired as necessary. <br />d. The front fence and the landscapiug in front of this <br />fence must be installed. <br />e. Prior to occupancy the remaining fence and all <br />remaining landscaping must be installed. <br />2. Within 18 months the required 19 foot strip for widening <br />Sunol Boulevard must be dedicated to the City and the paved <br />parking areas and driveways moat be completed including <br />repavement of the existing asphalt paving as necessary. <br />3. At such time as the City deems that traffic warrants the <br />widening of Sunol Boulevard and such widening is being <br />performed, the owner shall be obligated to install street <br />improvements across the frontage of this property to the <br />extent required by Ordinance No. 358 and to revise the <br />parking areas as necessary. <br />4. At such time as Sunol Boulevard is being widened or at such <br />time as the main utility lines are being placed underground <br />the owner of this property shall be obligated to place all <br />utility services to this property underground. <br />5. No uncovered storage w111 be allowed. If additional <br />storage is proposed it must be covered and such covering <br />must be approved by the Planning Commission. <br />6. Failure to comply with an}r of the requirements attached <br />as conditions to the Conditional Use Permit within the <br />times specified shall cause automatic revocation of the <br />Conditional Use Permit and the use of the property shall <br />cease immediately. <br />Referrals from Alameda County: Sal P. 8nea, Adjustment V-3964 to continue use of <br />10' x 40' double faced outdoor advertising sign located within scenic corridor, <br />north aide of U.S. Righway 50, west of the intersection with Interstate 680, <br />Dublin area. Mr. Fales presented the staff report which recommended denial of this <br />adjustment. Upon motion of Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner John- <br />ston, and carried, it was determined to recommend to the County Planning Com- <br />mission that the adjustment be denied. <br />Under Matters for the Information of the Commission, Mr. Fales presented a report <br />to the Commissioners pertaining to selection of architects, one for landscaping <br />and one for buildings, for the Civ1c Center, Fire House and Parka. This report <br />also discussed a date for the Bond Issue covering these items. The Commission <br />was asked to designate a member to attend the interview of the architects on <br />December 7 and 8. Chairman Antonini volunteered to attend these interviews. <br />There being no further business to coma before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 8:30 P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, December 14, 1966, at 8:00 P.M. <br />
