M I N U T E S of THE PLANNLNG C01~4fISSION Pleasanton, California November 23, 1966 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Flawing Commission was called to order at 8:00 P.M, on Wednesday, November 23, 1966, by Chairman Antonini. ROLL CALL showed the following: Present: Commissioners Arnold Johnston Chairman Antonini Secretary Falea Absent: Commiasionera Carrigan Plato Upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, the minutes of the meeting of November 9, 1966, were approved as presented by unanimous vote. Co®iaeioners Plato and Carrigan joined the meeting at 8:01 P.M, Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Barry L. Nichols, 325 Mavis Drive, for a Conditional Use Permit in order to utilize an existing building at 5511 Sunol Boulevard, for the retail sale of swimming pool supplies, in an I-P District. Mr. Pales presented the eta!! report which recommended approval with several stated conditions. Mr. Nichols and Mr. Siligo were present in the audience and concurred with the staff report. Upon motion of Co~isaioner Johnston, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commisaioaer Carrigan, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. RESOLUTION N0. 630 WHERHAS, the application of Barry L. Nichols, 325 Mavis Drive, for a Conditional Uae Permit in order to utilize an existing building at 5511 Sunol Boulevard, for the retail sale of swimming pool supplies, in an I-P District, hen come before this Commission: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVBD: to recind Zoning Permit 66-30 ae of this date. Upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. RESOLUTION N0. 631 WHEREAS, the application of Barry L. Nichols, 325 Mavis Drive, for a Conditional Use Permit in order to utilize an existing building at 5511 Sunol Boulevard, for the retail sale of swimming pool supplies, in an I-P District, has come before this Commiaeioa: NOW, TAERBPORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The following items must be accomplished prior to occupancy of the building or use of the property: a. The existing building must be made to comply to existing code requirements.
