M I N U T E S <br />of <br />THE PLANNLNG C01~4fISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />November 23, 1966 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Flawing Commission was called to order at <br />8:00 P.M, on Wednesday, November 23, 1966, by Chairman Antonini. <br />ROLL CALL showed the following: <br />Present: Commissioners Arnold <br />Johnston <br />Chairman Antonini <br />Secretary Falea <br />Absent: Commiasionera Carrigan <br />Plato <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, <br />the minutes of the meeting of November 9, 1966, were approved as presented by <br />unanimous vote. <br />Co®iaeioners Plato and Carrigan joined the meeting at 8:01 P.M, <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Barry L. Nichols, <br />325 Mavis Drive, for a Conditional Use Permit in order to utilize an existing <br />building at 5511 Sunol Boulevard, for the retail sale of swimming pool supplies, <br />in an I-P District. Mr. Pales presented the eta!! report which recommended <br />approval with several stated conditions. Mr. Nichols and Mr. Siligo were present <br />in the audience and concurred with the staff report. Upon motion of Co~isaioner <br />Johnston, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, the public hearing was <br />closed. After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by <br />Commisaioaer Carrigan, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 630 <br />WHERHAS, the application of Barry L. Nichols, 325 Mavis Drive, for <br />a Conditional Uae Permit in order to utilize an existing <br />building at 5511 Sunol Boulevard, for the retail sale of <br />swimming pool supplies, in an I-P District, hen come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVBD: to recind Zoning Permit 66-30 ae of this date. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, the <br />following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 631 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Barry L. Nichols, 325 Mavis Drive, for <br />a Conditional Use Permit in order to utilize an existing <br />building at 5511 Sunol Boulevard, for the retail sale of <br />swimming pool supplies, in an I-P District, has come <br />before this Commiaeioa: <br />NOW, TAERBPORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The following items must be accomplished prior to <br />occupancy of the building or use of the property: <br />a. The existing building must be made to comply to <br />existing code requirements. <br />
