Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of the Mission Park
<br />Development Corporation, Suite No. 12, Bank of America Building, Alameda, for a
<br />Variance from Section 8.500, Ordinance No. 309, in order to construct multiple
<br />dwelling units on Lota No. 32 through 37, Tract No. 2517, Mission Yark, in an
<br />RG-25 District. Concurrent with the Variance, was an application of the Mission
<br />Park Development Corporation, Suite No. 12, Bank of America Building, Alameda, for
<br />a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Landscape and Architectural Approval, in order to
<br />construct six fcurplexes on Lots No. 32 through 37, Tract No. 2517, Mission Park,
<br />in an RG-25 District. Mr. Campbell presented the staff reports which recommended
<br />approval of both the Varlanca and the Zoning Permit, with conditions attached to
<br />the Zoning Permit. Mr. Melby, representing Miaeion Park Development Corporation,
<br />was present in the audience and concurred with .the staff reports. Upon motion of
<br />Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, the public hearing
<br />was closed. After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Ylato, seconded
<br />by Commissioner Arnold, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />WftI:REAS, the application of the Miaeion Park Development
<br />Corporation, Suite No. 12, Bank of America Building,
<br />Alameda, for a Variance from Section 8.500, Ordinance
<br />No. 309, in order to construct multiple dwelling unite
<br />on Lots No. 32 through 37, Tract No. 2517, Mission
<br />Park, in an RG-25 District, has come before this
<br />Commission;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
<br />RESOLVED: that the above named Variance be granted as shown
<br />on Exhibit "A" for Variance V 66-48, to apply to
<br />this Exhibit "A" only.
<br />After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commis-
<br />sioner Plato, and carried, it was determined that the Zoning Permit be granted with
<br />the following conditions:
<br />1. Subject to granting of the necessary Variances.
<br />2. Off street parking and driveways be paved to City standards.
<br />3. Easement for access for emergency vehicles be granted to the City
<br />together with a maintenance provision in the easement.

<br />a possible time Limit of six months. Mr. Melby of Mission Park Development
<br />Corporation, concurred with the staff report. Upon motion of Chairman Antonini,
<br />seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After
<br />further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Chairman
<br />Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />a time limit of six months.
