motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, the following <br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 640 <br />WHERBAS, the application of approval of Site Plan, Land- <br />scape and Architecture Re: Shell Oil Company <br />service station; northwest corner of Valley <br />Avenue and Santa Rita Road, has come before <br />this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above named application be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. Landscape screening of trees at rear of lot <br />with setback for site distance. <br />2. Sale only of auto-oriented products, excluding <br />all other paraphernalia. <br />3. Landscaping to be adequately and permanently <br />maintained. <br />Be it further resolved that subject to the above <br />conditions being complied with and consent of Shell <br />011 Company to comply with City requir~enta con- <br />cerning sale of products and maintenance of land- <br />scaping, connection to City sanitary sewer system <br />be permitted. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner [Sarrigan, the following <br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RBSOLUTION N0. 641 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Shell 011 Company, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council approval of signs ae shown on drawings, <br />said signs to be son-revolving. Approved per <br />drawing marked Exhibit "A". <br />The next item on the agenda was the matter of Consent to Proceedings Re: Appllca- <br />611ity of City standards; Dublin Annexation. After discussion, upon motion of <br />Couniisaioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, the following resolution <br />was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 642 <br />WHEREAS, the matter of Consent to Proceedings Re: Applica- <br />bility of City standards; Dublin Annexation, has <br />come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: Resolved pursuant to Section 35-108 of Government <br />I. Code the Planning Commission has studied the pro- <br />posed "Dublin Annexation", ae approved by the <br />Local Agency Formation Commission of Alameda <br />County, and does recommend that the City hereby <br />approves said annexation. <br />II. That the Planning Commission recommend to the City <br />Council to recommend to the County that all future <br />development between now and completion of annex- <br />ation be constructed to City standards. <br />The next item on the agenda was the proposed land use Re: Two parcels of property <br />owned by W.
