Vice-Chairman Johnston opened the public hearing on the application of G. K. <br />Hansen, 4067 Jenaeri Street, for a Conditional Use Permit in order to allow the <br />continuation of a non-conforming use (parking of a house trailer) at 420 Main <br />Street, in a C-C District. Mr. Fales presented the staff report which recommended <br />approval with a time limit of one year. Mr. Hansen was present in the audience <br />and concurred with the staff report. Upon motion of Cosmiaeioner Arnold, seconded <br />by Com~ieeioner Carrigan, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After <br />further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carrigan, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 638 <br />WHBREAS, the application of G. K. Hansen, 4067 Jensen <br />Street, for a Conditional Use Permit in order <br />to allow the continuation of a non-conforming <br />use (parking of a house trailer) at 420 Main <br />Street, in a C-C District, has come before <br />this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved <br />subject to one year time limit. <br />Vice-Chairman Johnston opened the public hearing on the application of Ad-Art, Inc. <br />1715 64th Street, Perryville, for a Variance from Sections 10.202 and 17.705, <br />Ordinance No. 309, in order to erect sn advertizing sign in connection with a <br />neighborhood shopping center at 1755 Santa Rita Road, in a C-N District. Prior <br />to the staff report being presented by Mr. False, the applicant asked for a con- <br />tinuance of this matter to the next meeting. Upon motion of Commissioner Carrigan, <br />seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, it was determined to continua the <br />public hearing on this matter to the meeting of January 25, 1967. <br />Vice-Chairman Johnston opened the public hearing on the application of the Fair- <br />view Trailer Court, 785 Rose Avenue, for a Conditional Uee Permit in order to <br />construct certain modified facilities within said trailer court, at the above <br />address, in an RG-15 District. Mr. False presented the staff report which stated <br />that approval of this application should be subject to conditions stated in staff <br />report. Mr. Benhart was present in the audience and presented a drawing of pro- <br />posed parking spaces. It was suggested that, due to the fact the staff had not <br />had sufficient time in which to assimilate the information in this case, the public <br />hearing be continued to a later date. Upon motion of Com<sieaioner Arnold, <br />seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, and carried, the public hearing was continued <br />to the meeting of January 25, 1967, with the consent of the applicant. <br />Vice-Chairman Johnston opened the public hearing on the application of Frank <br />Hamilton, 4860 Golden Road, for a Variance from the rear yard setback requirement <br />of Ordinance No. 309, in order to allow construction of a covered patio at the <br />above address, in an R-1 District. Mr. Pales presented the staff report which <br />recommended approval of this application. Mr. Hamilton was present in the audience <br />and concurred with the staff report. Upon motion of Co®issioner Carrigan, <br />seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After <br />further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by Co®issioner <br />Plato, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 639 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Frank Hamilton, 4860 Golden <br />Road, for a Variance from the rear yard setback <br />requirement of Ordinance No. 309, in order to <br />allow construction of a covered patio at the <br />above address, in an R-1 District, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved. <br />
