(5) That the existing wooden pole electrical line along <br />Santa Rita Road be placed underground unless it can be <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />that this is aboslutely economically or technically <br />unfeasible. <br />(6) That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld <br />until final design calculations have been made and the <br />developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer that the system fully meets the require- <br />ments of this development and all upstream areas . <br />intended to be drained Chrough this tract and that the <br />requirements of Alameda County Flood Control District <br />have been met. <br />(7) That the developer agree to participate in financing <br />the replacement of the drainage structure at the <br />Hopyard Road crossing of the Pleasanton Canal to the <br />extent determined by the City Engineer. <br />(8) That approval of the water supply and distribution system <br />be withheld until the developer has demonstrated to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br />system meets both the immediate and long range require- <br />ments for supplying water in this area. <br />(9) That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld <br />until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer that the proposed system is adequate <br />for the service area and generally meets the immediate <br />and long range requirements of the sanitary sewer system <br />in this and all tributary areas. <br />(10) That the Planning Commission allow a modification of <br />Article 7.14, Ordinance No. 358, by allowing lots less <br />than 120 feet in depth to back to the school and park <br />site but in no instance shall the depth be less than <br />100 feet. <br />(11) That Blackbird Road be relocated oo as t~ fie an ~„cat~ai .~,. <br />of "I" Road. <br />(12) That the Planning Commission allow a modification of <br />Article 7.06, Ordinance No. 358, by approving those <br />instances where opposing streets entering upon a cross <br />street are off-set less than 300 feet. <br />(13) That the Planning Commission allow a modification of <br />Article 7.04, Ordinance No. 348, by approving "N" Court <br />to be in excess of 400 feet in length. <br />(14) Approval of this Tentative Map is conditional pending <br />the completion of annexation proceedings and subject <br />to any conditions imposed by the City Council at the <br />time of annexation. <br />(15) Approval of this Tentative Map is conditional pending <br />appropriate zoning of the property upon completion of <br />annexation. <br />The next item on the agenda was a Referral from the Police Association in order <br />to erect an identification sign in the Police Aasociation~s Memorial Park. <br />After further discussion, UPON MOTION OF CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER ARNOLD, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE POLICE ASSOCIATION <br />BE ALLOWED TO ERECT SIGN AS PER DRAWING SUBMITTED. <br />12a. Matters for the Information of the Commission. <br />The next item on the agenda was a report from the Public tJorks Director on <br />the status of new construction, rehabilitation and demolition in the Central <br />Business District. Mr. Campbell displayed a map showing structures demolished, <br />altered and new construction in the downtown area. Mr. Campbell stated that <br />this map has been presented to the City Council, Chamber of Commerce and Board <br />of Appeals, prior to this meeting. <br />
