CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-510 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENTWITH <br /> BIDDLE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is desirous of developing a new selection <br /> process for the four field services entry level <br /> positions, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Biddle and Associates, Inc., possesses the <br /> necessary expertise and experience necessary to <br /> developing said selection process. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br /> the attached agreement with Biddle and Associates, <br /> Inc. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 12, 1989, BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Tarver <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Pegg~/~J~zidr~) <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
