Frank Hamilton. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Frank Hamil- <br />ton, 4860 Golden Road for a Variance from Section 6.500 Ordinance No. 309 to <br />allow a room addition to encroach into the required rear yard at the above <br />address in an R-1 District. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which <br />recommended approval. Mrs. Hamilton was present in Che audience and concurred <br />with the staff report. Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by <br />Chairman Antonini, and carried, the public hearing was closed. California State Farm Labor Service. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of-lalifornia <br />--State Farm Labor Service, P. O. Box 646, Union City, California for a Use Permit <br />under Section 4.309 for a temporary farm labor office to be located at the <br />intersection of the. S.P. R.R. and Santa Rita Road on the east side of Santa Rita <br />in an A District. Mr. Spink presented the staff report which recommended approval <br />-with stated conditions. Mr. Getz of the California State Farm Labor Service <br />was present in the audience and stated that the hours of operation would be <br />from about 6;30 A.M. to 4:30 P. M, Upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded <br />by Commissioner Garrigan, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After <br />further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded by Co®issioner <br />Garrigan, the fallowing resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 669 <br />WHEREAS, the application of California State Farm Labor ~' <br />Service, P. O. Box 646, Union City, California, for a <br />Use Permit under Section 4.309 for a temporary farm <br />labor office to be located at the intersection of the <br />S.P. R. R. and Santa Rita Road on the east aide of Santa <br />Rita in an A District, has come before this Commission: <br />_ NOW, THEPJ:FORE, .BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above named application be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />(1) This permit shall expire ott October 31, 1967. <br />-' - (2) A 7 foot by 14 foot office trailer shall be allowed, <br />chemical toilets shall be provided. <br />(3) No parking on the shoulders of Santa Rita Road shall . <br />be allowed. Applicant shall make operating pereosmel <br />responsible for the enforcement of this condition. <br />(4) ,Gravel access roads and parking area shall be maintained <br />_._ in a serviceable condition and reasonably dust free. <br />4,g. V-67-16. J. R. Jones. <br />Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of J. R. Jones, <br />4729 Black Avenue, for a Variance from Section 18.101 and 18.603.1 to allow <br />a 6 foot fence to be located within the side street side yard of a corner lot <br />at the above address in an R-1 District. Mr. Spink presented the .staff report <br />which recommended approval. Mr. and Mrs. Jones were present in the audience <br />..,and felt there was an error in measurement. After further discussion, <br />UPON MOTION OF CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER GARRIGAN, AND CARRIED, <br />IT WAS DETERMINED TO CONTINUE THIS ITEM TO THE MEETING OF MAY 10, 1967,. TO <br />ALLOW THE STAFF ADEQUATE TIME TO MAKE ANOTHER FIELD INSPECTION. This item <br />was continued with the consent of the applicant. <br />4-26-67 <br />
