has demonstrated to the eatisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br />system is adequate for the service area and generally meets the immediate <br />and long range requirements of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary ereaa. <br />12. That approval of the water supply and distribution system be withheld until <br />the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />that the proposed system meats both the immediate and long range require- <br />ments for supplying water in this area. <br />13. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld until final design <br />talculations~have been checked and the developer has demonstrated to the <br />:eatisfaction of the City Engineer that the system fully meets the require- <br />ments of this development and all upstream areas intended to be drained <br />through this tract and that the requirements of Alameda County Flood <br />Control District have been met. <br />14. That courts "G", "H", "R", "S-S", "T-T", "Y-Y" and "Z-Z" be increased in <br />width to 46 feet. <br />15. That the property line radius at the corners of intersections shall be 20 <br />feet with the exceptions previously discussed in this report. <br />16. That the Planning Cammisaion allow a modification of Article 7.06, Ordi- <br />nance No. 358, by approving those instances where opposing streets entering <br />upon a cross street are off-set less than 300 feet. <br />17. That the Planning Commission allow a modification of Article 7.04, Ordinance <br />No. 358, by approving the over-length cul-de-sacs previously discussed in <br />this report. <br />18. Existing pacer line running through the tract shall be moved to Industrial <br />Road and placed on streamlined poles; or underground through the tract. <br />19. The applicant to work with staff to experiment in elimination of sidewalks <br />for the bulb area in one cul-de-sac in Unit No. 1. <br />10a. Referrals from the Citv Council <br />The next item on the agenda was a referral from the City Council of the proposed <br />Park Planning Guide. UPON MOTION OF CHAIRMAN ANTONINI, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />ARNOLD, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED TBAT THIS ITEM BE CONTINUED TO THE MEET- <br />ING OF AUGUST 9, 1967. ~ <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, and carried, the meetiag <br />was adjourned at 11:34 P,M, to meet again on August 9, 1967, at 8:00 P.M. <br />~, <br />Secrets <br />7-26-67 <br />
