Z=67-59 L Bill Toronto. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Bill Toronto for a Zoning <br />Permit for an on-site sign to be located at 739 Main Street in a C-C District. <br />Mr. Castro presented the staff report which recommended approval subject to <br />conditions. UPON MOTION OF COlAD:SSIONER PLATO, SECCddDED BY COl4IISS1(riHER GARRI- <br />GAN, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ABWE NAMED AYPI.iCATION BE APPROVED <br />SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOl+1ING CONDITIONS: <br />1. That the color description be as indicated on the form <br />attached to the application. <br />2. That the size of the sign shall be 4 feet by 10 feet. <br />6b. 2-67-60. Samuel A. Sansone. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Samuel. A. Sansone, 728 Main <br />Street, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural Approval for a <br />proposed building addition at the above address in a C-C District. Mr. Castro <br />presented the staff report which recommended approval. Mr. Sansone was h~.•A=~~ <br />in the audience and concurred with the staff report. It was suggested to Mr. <br />Sansone that both loading doors be retained but to enlarge the door at the <br />rear of the building. After further discussion, UPON MOTION OF C02•H•IISSIONER <br />GARRIGAN, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER GARRIGAN, SE(:ONllED BY COMMISSIONER PLATO, <br />AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THS ABOVE NAMED APPLICATION SE APPROVED. <br />6c. Z-67-61, J. Jactc Bras for _W_anda Aldrich. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of J. Jack Bras for Wanda <br />Aldrich, 437 Rose Avenue, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan and Architectural <br />Approval for a proposed two-unit addition to an existing apartment complex <br />in an RG-15 District. Mr. Castro presented the staff report which requested <br />more precise information on the proposal. Mr. Jack Bras was present in the <br />audience and indicated that he was not aware of the original master plan which <br />was previously approved. After discussion, UPON MOTION OF COlPlISSIONER <br />GARRIGAN, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER ARNOLD, AND CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED <br />THAT THE APPLICATION BE REFERRED BACK TO THE APPLICANT, SO THAT MORE PRECISE <br />INFORMATION CAN BE SUBMITTED ON THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS: THAT THE ORIENTATION <br />OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION BE REDESIGNED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE MASTER PLAN OF <br />THE SITB: THAT SOME CONSIDERATION BE GIVEN TO THE E%ISTING GARAGE AND ITS <br />RELATIONSHIP TO THE PROPOSED ADDITION AND FUTURH DEVELOPMENT. <br />6d. 2-67-63, Vinevard Terrace. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Vineyard Terrace fora <br />Zoning Permit for an off-tract sign to lie lbtated on-the east side of Sunol. <br />Road, approximately 1400'feet northeast of the existing freeway alignment in <br />an I-P Zone. Mr. Castro presented the staff report which recommended approval <br />subject to stated conditions. Mr. Victor Lund was present in the audience, <br />representing Vineyard Terrace Development Co., and concurred with the staff report. <br />UPON MOTION OF COMMISSIONER GARRIGAN, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER PLATO, AND <br />CARRIED, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE ABOVE NAMED APPLICATION BE APPROVED SUBJECT <br />TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />10/4/67 <br />
