Mr. Castro informed the Commission that the rezoning of the Dairy Bar and <br />the rezoning of Annexation 49 would come before the Commission on November II, <br />1967. <br />12. MATTERS FOR THE INFORMATION OF THE CCrSIISSI~I <br />Mr. Campbell stated he would like an indication from the Commission about <br />the directional signs on Vintage Hills, as they belong to the City and the <br />City could remove them or leave them up. After further discussion, the Com- <br />mission indicated they would leave the matter to the discretion of the City <br />Engineer. <br />14. MATTERS INITIATED BY COPA9ISSION MEMBERS. <br />Mr. Castro proposed two changes to the procedure of accepting applications <br />and asked the Co~ission~s opinion: <br />1. A plot plan or design plan be required from the applicant for each <br />Commissioner. <br />2. A definite time Limit for submitting applications prior to the public <br />hearing. <br />The Commission indicated an interest in the proposals. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion <br />of Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 10:20 P.M., to meet again on Thursday, October 19, <br />1967. <br />
