It is expected that tt~e City's Design <br />Guide would be followed in the design of the sanitary <br />seorer system. Some of the proposed sizes and radius of <br />curvatures do not follocr the Design Guide. <br />8. Electric Power Distribution and Communication Service <br />System - In accordance with Article 8, Ordinance No. <br />358, the Planning Commission must specify the method <br />of installation of public utilities at the time of approval <br />of the Tentative Map. The recommendation is for total <br />underground except for pad-counted transformers. - <br />9. Street LiQhtinK System - Street lights will be needed at <br />intervals of 150 to 250 feet within and adjacent to this <br />tract. The developer shall be responsible for providing <br />the necessary street lighting. <br />10. Fire Hydrant Location - The location of fire hydrants <br />will be determined as a part of the checking of the <br />final map and improvement plans. <br />11. Easements - It is recommended that all in-tract ease- <br />ments be granted as public service easements with no <br />reference to specific use. All easements shall be a <br />minimum 10 feet wide unless a specific variance is granted <br />by the Commission. <br />12. Channel Dedication - The channel paralleling Arbor Drive <br />should be dedicated to the City as sho~,m, and should be <br />provided crith an adequate road for maintenance and routine <br />patrol. <br />13. Other Ordinances - This development shall comply urith all <br />Ordinances and regulations of the City of Pleasanton <br />and of any other agency having jurisdiction. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion <br />of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:JS P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, December 6, 1967,/ <br />at 8:00 P.M. _~ <br />11-21-67 <br />
