He informed the Commission that the referral was not due to a disagreement by <br />the City Council of the Planning Commission's decision. <br />(c) Mr. Castro informed the Commission that a Resolution was needed requesting <br />that public hearings be held to consider the C-N parcel on Black Avenue. Upon <br />motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, the follow- <br />ing Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 747 <br />T,iHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Planning <br />Commission that public hearings should be held <br />to consider the C-N zoning of the area on Black <br />Avenue, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the Planning Commission shall hold public <br />hearings on the above proposal at a future <br />date, to be announced. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 11:55 P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, January 24, 1968. <br />-5- 1-17-68 <br />
