CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-507 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT SOFTWARE WITHMUNI <br /> FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Muni Financial Services, <br /> Inc. , ("MFS") , regarding the computerization of <br /> special assessment districts administration, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorize the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 12, 1989, BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Peg~ ~ .C/E~. idrcO <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
