M I N U T E S Planning Commission City of Pleasanton February 28, 1968 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Antonini at 8:00 P,M„ on Wednesday, February 28, 1968. ROLL CALL showed the following: Present: Commissioner Plato Arnold Garrigan Gibbs Chairman Antonini Secretary Castro APPROVAL OF MINUTES Upon motion of Coogsisaioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, the minutes of February 14, 1968, were approved as corrected. Sa.) UP-68-2. Galli Homes. Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Galli Homes, 377 Weat Portal Avenue, San Francisco, for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the conversion of the garage on Lot 72, Tract 2964, for a temporary tract color and sample selection room. Mr. Castro presented the staff report, with a recommendation for approval. Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, and carried, the public hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, the following Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: RESOLUTION N0. 757 WHEREAS,. the application of Galli Homes, 377 Weat Portal Avenue, San Francisco, for a Conditional Use Permit (UP-68-2) to allow the conversion of the garage on Lot 72, Tract 2964, for a temporary tract color and sample selection room, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the above application be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That the Uae Permit is granted for the property as described in the application and any attachment thereto and as shown on the plot plan submitted, labeled Exhibit A. 2. That prior to the sale of said home, the applicant shall restore the garage to its original condition and subject to the approval of the City Building Department. 6a.) 2-68-5, Galli Homes Next considered was the application of Galli Homes for a Zoning Permit to construct an entranceway sign on the corners of lots 113 and 71 in Pleasanton Meadows, for the purpose of welcaning the public. Mr. McGee stated the trees proposed in the landscaping of the sign would be the 15 gallon size. 6b) 2-68-6, Galli Haines. Also considered was the application of Galli Homes for a Zoning Permit to construct an entranceway sign to direct public to models, to be located on the corner at the junction of Fairlands Drive and West Las Positas, Pleasanton Meadows.
