of industrial land should be available and ready .for development. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Arnold, the follow- <br />ing Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 776 <br />A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleas- <br />anton recommending to the City Council the adoption of the <br />Proposed Land Use and Major Circulation System for the future <br />development of the Willow West. Properties. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered the proposed Land Use Plan filed by <br />Dan Coleman and Associates with the following <br />descriptions: <br />a) PUD (Planned Unit Development) District zoning <br />classification shall be applied to a parcel of <br />approximately three hundred sixty (360±) acres, <br />with land use designations as follows: <br />1. I-G (General Industrial) District land use <br />classification shall be applied to approxi- <br />mately sixty-three (63+) acres. <br />2. I-P (Industrial Park) District land use <br />classification shall be applied to approxi- <br />mately sixty-two (62+) acres. <br />3. C-F (Freeway Interchange Commercial) District <br />land use classification shall be applied <br />to approximately thirty-eight (38+) acres. <br />4. C-S (Commercial Service) District land use <br />classification shall be applied to approxi- <br />mately twelve (12+) acres. <br />5. 0 (Office) District land use classification <br />shall be applied to approximately twelve <br />(12±) acres. <br />6. A (Agriculture) District land use classi- <br />ficatlcn shall be applied to approximately <br />one-hundred and seventy-three (173+) acres. <br />b) R-1-6,500 (One-Family Residential) District, <br />with 6,500 square foot minimum site and <br />Residential Overlay District a~ning classi- <br />fication shall be applied to approximately <br />seventy-three (73+) acres. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a study session <br />on this proposal on April 23, 1968, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission in addition to the study <br />session has further reviewed said proposal at their <br />regular meetings of April 10, 1968 and April 24, <br />1968, and <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has examined pertinent map, draw- <br />ings and documents, and finds that under the <br />circumstances of this particular case the uses <br />applied for will not be detrimental to the <br />health, safety, comfort or general welfare of <br />persons residing in or working in the neigh- <br />borhood of such proposed uses; further, that <br />said uses will not be detrimental or injurious <br />to property or improvements in the immediate <br />neighborhood, nor will said uses be inimical <br />to the public interest, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends <br />to the City Council the adoption of said development <br />plan. <br />7, 4-24-68 <br />
