After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the public hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, the following Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: RESOLUTION N0, 781 WHEREAS, the application of J. Jack Bras, 4377 lat Street, for a Variance (V-68-11) to Section 16.700 to allow the construction of a single family residence on a non-public street located on the west side of Pine Hill'Lane approximately 400 feet west of Bevil- acqua Court has come before Chia Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the above application be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That the permit is granted for the property described in the application and any attachment thereto and as shown on the plot plan labeled Exhibit A. 2. That Mr. Huntze acquire and dedicate to the City the 20 foot wide strip of land that lies between his property and existing public right-of-way, 3. That a six inch water main be constructed at this :. time from Bevilacqua Court across the entire frontage of this property with a fire hydrant installed at location to be determined, These facilities to be financed by applicant with reimbursement agreement executed. 4. That Mr. Huntze enter into an agreement with the City to provide street improvements including curbs, paving, drainage facilities and sewer line at such:: time these improvements are deemed necessary by the City Engineer. 13. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS The Commission asked if a meeting between the City Council and the Planning Commission had been scheduled to study the problem of home occupations. Mr. Castro informed the Commission no date had been set as yet, but he would check into it. b.)It was decided that the Planning Commission would have a dinner meeting on May 23, 1968, in order to discuss various matters concerning the transition between the old and the new Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Castro stated a memorandum would be mailed giving more details on the meeting.
