Commission assured the applicant that if the use continued as a nursery, there <br />was no problem with the suggested stipulation. Upon motion of Chairman Antonini, <br />seconded by Commissioner Garrigan, and carried, the public hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, the fol- <br />lowing Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 777 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Donald Siligo, 1000 Merin Street, <br />San Francisco, for a Conditional Use Permit UP-68-4, <br />under Section 14.400a to allow the operation of a <br />commercial nursery at 5511 Sunol Boulevard in an I-P <br />District has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above application be approved subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the property shall be enclosed with a 6 foot <br />cyclone fence as noted on the applicant's development <br />plan. <br />2. That the parking areas noted on the development plan <br />shall be paved with asphaltic concrete in lieu of oil <br />and gravel ae noted by the applicant. <br />3. That the applicant shall provide seven customer <br />parking spaces which shall be striped and bumper stopped. <br />4. That the applicant shall further provide at least five <br />employee parking stalls in addition to the seven recom- <br />mended for customer parking. <br />5. That the new covered display area to be erected <br />at the rear of the existing structure shall be of <br />the same architecture as noted on the elevation plans <br />labeled "Sunol~Boulevard elevation". <br />6. That the applicant shall provide landscaping as <br />noted along the southerly and northerly property <br />lines adjacent to the new covered display area~•as <br />well as the area adjacent to the existing structures. <br />7. That prior to the issuance of a building permit, <br />the applicant shall submit to the Planning Department <br />a revised plot plan noting where the additional <br />employee parking spaces will be provided on the <br />premises. <br />8. That the conditional use permit shall run with the <br />applicant or be valid for a period of five years <br />ending on October 8, 1973. <br />9. That property owner at this time dedicate the 19 <br />feet of property necessary for future street widening. <br />10. That owner enter into an agreement with the City <br />stating that he will provide street improvements to <br />the extent required by Ordinance No. 358 at such time <br />as said improvements are warranted in the opinion of <br />the City Engineer. This agreement would be recorded <br />and would run with the land. <br />11. That the development be connected to the sanitary s <br />sewer system and the existing septic tank be properly <br />abandoned. This would involve payment of a sewer con- <br />nection fee of approximately $175 and payment of a sewer <br />mutual benefit district fee of $86 per acre. In addition, <br />a water connection fee dependent upon meter size will <br />be collected and a water mutual benefit district fee <br />of $79 per acre. <br />2. S-R-FR <br />
