14. If at some time in the future, the City <br />Council determines that the Regional Shopping <br />Center proposed for the 93 acre site zoned <br />C-C, and indicated as such on the approved <br />Planned Unit Development map, is not to become <br />a reality, then the Planning Commission, <br />after written ninety-day notice of intent to <br />the applicant, will initiate proceedings to <br />rezone the subject 93-acre parcel of the C-C <br />District to the A District. <br />15. The total number of dwelling units allowed, <br />with said Planned Unit Development for <br />Tract 2896 is 1300. <br />16. That the time limit for the Planned Unit <br />Development shall expire on August 10, 1976. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton unanimously <br />on the 12th day of~June, 1968. <br />
