14.MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />a. Commissioner Garrigan advised the Commissioners that he personally felt <br />that he had gained added insight into situations by taking teurs of <br />developments in other areas, so that he could personally observe how a <br />given development or type of business would fit into the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />Commissioner Garrigan urged that these tours be taken more frequently by <br />the members of the Planning Commission, that it is advantageous to go out <br />into the field to see these projects as they really look rather than what <br />is submitted to the Commission on paper. <br />There being no further business, upon motion of Chairman Antonini, seconded by <br />Commissioner Plato, the meeting was adjourned at 9:10 PM. <br />6 - <br />
