19. That an individual grading plan be submitted <br />with each application for a building permit. Plans <br />proposing extensive grading on any lot will not be <br />approved. <br />20.Unleas specifically modified by the Planning <br />Commission at the time of approval of the Tentative <br />Map, the development shall conform to all applicable <br />ordinances and regulations of the City of Pleasanton <br />and all other agencies having jurisdiction. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the 2lanning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the <br />25th day of September, 1968, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Arnold <br />Commissioner Garrigan <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Chairman Antonini <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Plato <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />13e. At this point, Chairman Antonini announced that the questions from the City Council <br />Advisory Committee on General Plan Review should be directed to the members of the <br />Planning Commission and City staff. <br />Mr. Wal3ace Decker, Chairman of said Committee introduced the Sub-Committee <br />Chairmen who directed the questions. These were as follows: <br />a. Mr. Jack Bostedt, Sub-Committee Chairman, Industrial Committee <br />b. Mr. Gene Pons, Sub-Committee Chairman, Commercial Committee <br />c. Mr. Dick Pearson, substituting for Mr. Jack Pillow, Sub-Committee <br />Chairman of the Housing Committee. <br />13. MATTERS FOR INFORMATION OF COMMISSION <br />a. Consideration of Suggested Policy establishing developer's Obligations for <br />Crosaine of Maior Storm Drain Channels. <br />This was a memorandum from the Director of Public Works to the City Manager dated <br />March 6, 1967, which defined the obligations of the developer. There were no <br />comments from the Planning Commission. <br />b. Survev of commercial facilities in the Citv of Pleasanton <br />This was a survey prepared by the Planning Department for the City of Pleasanton. <br />The city was divided into 12 sectors and questionnaires were sent out to every <br />third street address. The answers received were compiled and dealt with types of <br />facilities residents would like to have, their opinions on present facilities, <br />average annual income, average size of families, place of employment, etc. <br />There were a considerable amount of questions from the Planning Commission, which <br />were answered by Planning Director Castro and Assistant Planner Aiello. <br />c. Memorandum from Planning Director to Planning Commission in regards to request <br />of Planning Cosmission to investigate signing of Shell Service Station and <br />Standard Service Station on the corners of Santa Rita Road and Vallev Avenue. <br />There were no comments from the Commissioners on this item. <br />d.
