~ty of Pleasanton <br />Municipal Facilities Master Plan <br /> <br />5. ~ite(s) Profra_ m Develooment <br /> <br /> We will establish pro rammatic concepts as they relate to overall development of all <br /> potential municipal ~dlity sites, community planning criteria, drculation, staff and <br /> visitor parking, walkways and landscape areas, public spaces, building access, the <br /> relationship to surrounding structures and environmental conditions. <br /> <br />6. $itqf~) Ma~ter Pfannin_e and Review <br /> <br /> The master plan concept will depict general scale of each facility as opposed to <br /> specific design concepts. Spedtic. ally, these concepts will be used to define land <br /> acquisition requirements by site. Integration of the scale of any new construction <br /> with existing facilities retained by the City will be a very important consideration in <br /> the development of the master site(s) plans. We will conduct a review meeting with <br /> key City management to review the master plan. Based on their approval, we will <br /> prepare final master plan documents including a site plan and block floor plans <br /> ~ building induded in the <br /> indicating the major functional areas on each oor of each <br /> study. <br />7. Pubtic Faciliti~ Master Plan C)~g;umentation <br /> <br /> The results of Phases I - V will be assembled into a Munidpal Fadlities Master Plan. <br /> It is envisioned that the Plan will be presented as two documents, an Executive <br /> Summary and the Final Report.
