Spedtic. ally, these concepts will be used to define land acquisition requirements by site. Integration of the scale of any new construction with existing facilities retained by the City will be a very important consideration in the development of the master site(s) plans. We will conduct a review meeting with key City management to review the master plan. Based on their approval, we will prepare final master plan documents including a site plan and block floor plans ~ building induded in the indicating the major functional areas on each oor of each study. 7. Pubtic Faciliti~ Master Plan C)~g;umentation The results of Phases I - V will be assembled into a Munidpal Fadlities Master Plan. It is envisioned that the Plan will be presented as two documents, an Executive Summary and the Final Report.
