Grants the appeal insofar as the condition appealed <br /> required the applicant to install the sidewalk and <br /> reverses the decision of the Design Review Board <br /> accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 3. Directs City staff to have the sidewalk, as described <br /> above, installed at City expense and to coordinate with <br /> the applicant the timing of the installation. <br /> <br />Section 4.
