CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-480 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> ROLAND H. BURCHARD & ASSOCIATES FOR <br /> APPRAISAls OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR SANTA RITA <br /> ROAD/I-580 INTERCHANGE AND HACIENDA <br /> DRIVE/I-580 INTERCHANGE, NPID NO. 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Roland H. Burchard & <br /> Associates regarding appraisals of right-of-way for <br /> Santa Rita Road/I-580 and Hacienda Drive/I-580 <br /> interchanges, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 21, 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Peggy ~. uEz idrc~/ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
