One (1) set of reproducible mylar plans and <br /> one (1) set of specifications for City's archival <br /> records and future use. <br /> <br />~on-Salary Costs <br /> <br /> A. Consultant shall pay for all blueprints, xerox, <br /> reproduction work, deliveries, mail, travel, and <br /> telephone. <br /> <br /> B. Consultant shall pay for bid documents (30 sets), <br /> archival mylar plans and specifications. <br /> <br />FEES FOR SERVICES <br /> Phase I: Preliminary Design & Base Sheets $ 5,980.00 <br /> Phase II: Construction Documents 10,820.00 <br /> Non-Salary Costs 3,000.00 <br /> TOTAL PROPOSED FEE: $19,800.00 <br /> <br />The total proposed fee for Phases I and II and Non-Salary Costs is <br />Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($19,800) and will be <br />billed monthly on a percent complete basis not to exceed the <br />maximum amount for each phase. Non-salaryexpenses shall be billed <br />monthly at cost plus 10% administrative costs. <br /> <br /> <br />
