Miscellaneous Pleasanton Street Landscape Projects <br />November ~3, - 1989 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Phase I: Preliminary Desian and Base Sheets <br /> A. Conduct site visit/analysis and program review. <br /> <br /> B. Collect and review available data and existing plan <br /> information to ascertain design implications. <br /> <br /> C. Develop schematic design approach to establish project <br /> objectives and budget. <br /> <br /> D. Review design and cost estimate with City staff. <br /> <br /> E. Conduct site inventory visit to document existing <br /> conditions. <br /> <br /> F. Prepare Construction Document base sheets (5 sheets at <br /> 1"=20' scale) upon design approval. <br /> <br />Phase II: Construction Documents <br /> <br /> A. Prepar~ plans and details (approximately 15 sheets) and <br /> specifications necessary for landscape construction <br /> including the following: <br /> <br /> 1. Cover sheet; <br /> <br /> 2. Demolition plan, notes, and legend; <br /> <br /> 3. Grading plan, notes, and legend; <br /> <br /> 4. Irrigation, and Planting details; <br /> <br /> 5. Irrigation plan, notes, and legend; <br /> <br /> 6. Planting plan, notes, and legend; and <br /> <br /> 7. Specifications. <br /> <br /> B. Submit two sets of construction documents, at 80% and <br /> 100% completion, for review and approval by City staff. <br /> <br /> <br />
