That the final site plan and elevations of the <br /> residence for Parcel 1 shall be submitted to <br /> the Design Review Board for review prior to <br /> the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 3. That the developers shall submit a tree report <br /> for the development to the Planning Director <br /> prior to construction on Parcel 1. All <br /> grading and tree preservation measures shall <br /> be done pursuant to the conclusion and <br /> recommendations contained in said report. <br /> <br /> 4. In lieu of providing street trees across the <br /> entire frontage of Mohr and Martin Avenues, <br /> developer shall pay the sum of $20,000 into <br /> the City's "Neighborhood Park Development <br /> Fund", to be used towards the development of <br /> the park in the Stoneridge Drive Specific <br /> Plan. <br /> <br /> 5.
