CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-468 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE APPEAL OF A <br /> DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> AND APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOHN AND <br /> PATRICIA HUNT FOR A DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> TO SUBDIVIDE INTO TWO LOTS AN <br /> APPROXIMATELY 1.2 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT <br /> 2373 MARTIN AVENUE (AP-89-18/PUD-89-9) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 11, 1989, the Planning <br /> Commission denied Case PUD-89-9, the application of <br /> John and Patricia Hunt for development plan <br /> approval to subdivide into two lots an <br /> approximately 1.2 acre site located at 2373 Martin <br /> Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code, the applicants submitted an appeal <br /> of the decision to the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the <br /> City Council on November 7, 1989, at which time the <br /> Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br /> Planning and Community Development (SR 89:462) and~ <br /> heard testimony from the applicant and members of <br /> the public regarding this appeal; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt <br /> from the requirements of CEQA and no environmental <br /> documents accompanied the report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan, <br /> as conditioned, is consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Upholds the appeal (AP-89-18) of a decision of <br /> the Planning Commission and approves Case PUD-89-9, <br /> the application of John and Patricia Hunt for <br /> development plan approval to subdivide into two <br /> lots an approximately 1.2 acre site located at 2373 <br /> Martin Avenue, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. The development be substantially as shown on <br /> the plans (dated May 5, 1989), on file in the <br /> Planning Department. <br /> <br /> <br />
