7. All exterior doors and windows shall be closed, but not locked, at all time during <br />the events. <br />8. Terrace dining shall be strictly seasonal and weather permitting. Special light will <br />be allowed but must not be a nuisance and may only be used during dining <br />hours. <br />9. If operation of this use permit results conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, <br />or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use <br />permit may be referred to the planning Commission for subsequent review at a <br />public hearing. If necessary, the Planning Commission may modify or add <br />conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said conditional <br />use permit. <br />10. The applicant shall obtain all necessary approvals from the Department of <br />Alcoholic Beverage Control prior to serving alcohol. <br />11. Prior to start of employment, employees that serve alcohol shall undergo a <br />training program such as TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) that is <br />designed to prevent intoxication, underage drinking, and drunk driving. <br />12. A full menu shall be available for patrons of the restaurant during the operating <br />hours and when alcoholic beverages are served. <br />{end} <br />2 <br />
