PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2801 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-34D, APPLICATION OF ROUSE AND ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Rouse and Associates have applied for design review approval to construct two single-story research and development office buildings of approximately 42,480 square feet and 44,630square feet, both to be located on an approximately 6.8 acre site located on the south side of an approximately 6.8 acre site located on the south side of WEst Las Positas Boulevard at its intersection with Willow Road (within the Hacienda Business Park); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 11, 1986 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff regarding this proposal; and WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of this type was included within the scope of that EIR, therefore, no further environmental documents were considered for this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-34D, application of Rouse and Associates as herein described subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the site plan, elevations, etc., Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the development shall be subject to all conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving the Hacienda Business Park. 3. That at no time shall any roof mounted equipment or machinery be allowed to project above the roof parapet.
