PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2801 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />PUD-81-30-34D, APPLICATION OF ROUSE AND ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Rouse and Associates have applied for design review <br />approval to construct two single-story research and <br />development office buildings of approximately 42,480 <br />square feet and 44,630square feet, both to be located on <br />an approximately 6.8 acre site located on the south side <br />of an approximately 6.8 acre site located on the south <br />side of WEst Las Positas Boulevard at its intersection <br />with Willow Road (within the Hacienda Business Park); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 11, 1986 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />regarding this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared for the <br />rezoning of the Hacienda Business Park. A project of <br />this type was included within the scope of that EIR, <br />therefore, no further environmental documents were <br />considered for this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-34D, <br />application of Rouse and Associates as herein described <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, elevations, etc., Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the development shall be subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1109 <br />reapproving the Hacienda Business Park. <br />3. That at no time shall any roof mounted equipment or <br />machinery be allowed to project above the roof <br />parapet. <br />
