Resolution No. 2807 <br />6/25/86 <br />b. That the carports be redesigned to incorporate a <br />screen wall/fence to effectively screen parked <br />cars from Owens Drive and Old Santa Rita Road. <br />The design of the wall/screen fence shall be <br />submitted for review to the Planning Director <br />prior to th'e issuance of any building permits. <br />2. That the applicant be required to assign and clearly <br />label all on-site parking spaces. <br />3. That red curbs and "No Parking" signs as required by <br />state law to enable enforcement, be installed along <br />all curbs along interior access roads in order to <br />maintain clear fire lanes at all times. <br />4. That the buildings be constructed to attain the <br />City's interior noise level of 45 dba. <br />5. That the final design of the "Tomax" type soundwall <br />proposed along the northern property line be <br />submitted for review to the Planning Director prior <br />to the issuance of building permits. <br />6. That additional parking offsets, as determined by <br />the Planning Director, be located along the rear <br />driveway to maintain safe vehicle speeds. <br />7. That any changes to the design of patio walls or <br />other building features be reviewed by the Planning <br />Director prior to the issuance of building permits. <br />8. That the walkway which transverses the entire <br />project be given a special paving design treatment <br />through the parking areas in order to be better <br />discerned by motorists and pedestrians. <br />9. That the final design, colors, and landscape plan <br />for the project sign be submitted and approved to <br />the Planning Department prior to the issuance of <br />building permits. <br />l0. That the developer shall install a separated eight <br />foot (8') wide P.C.C. sidewalk along the Owens Drive <br />frontage and a five foot (5') wide P.C.C. sidewalk <br />along the Andrews Drive frontage of the development. <br />All of the sidewalks shall be installed to City <br />standards. <br />11. The developer shall design the Andrews Drive <br />entrance driveway to function under the proposed <br />loading to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />12. The developer shall design the proposed driveway at <br />Old Santa Rita Road and the proposed driveway at <br />Owens Drive to be 30 ft. wide, street type opening. <br />- 2 - <br />
