Resolution No. 2809 July 23,1986 C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Municipal Code. The proposed model, as part of the existing model home sales complex, will comply with all provisions of Chapter 18.124 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-30, application for a conditional use permit to allow for the establishment of an additional model home within the existing complex located on the north and south sides of Corte Blanca subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That all conditions of the original use permit of the model complex, UP-84-60, shall apply to this case except as amended. 3. That the applicant apply for and be issued all appropriate City permits for the additional model prior to construction. 4. That the expiration of the use permit approved for the existing complex under Case UP-85-53 be extended to coincide with the expiration of the use permit for the subject site. 5. That the construction of the additional model unit shall be subject to the approval of the required variance by the Board of Adjustment (Case V-86-22). Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after the date of adoption.
