Resolution No. 2810 <br />July 23,1986 <br />the public health or safety. Therefore, the second <br />finding can be made. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Municipal <br />Code. <br />The proposed school facility will comply with all of <br />the provisions of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-86-31, application for a conditional <br />use permit to allow for the establishment of a trade <br />school in a portion of an existing industrial building <br />located at 1241 Quarry Lane subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted solely for a <br />construction estimating school. The school shall <br />occupy only the 954 sq. ft. space of the building <br />located at 1241 Quarry Lane as shown on the site <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the activities of the school be limited to <br />classroom book work. <br />3. That the applicant shall meet all requirements of <br />the Pleasanton Fire Department and Building <br />Department. <br />4. That the maximum number of students at any given <br />time be limited to 12. <br />5. That any signs proposed for the school shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Planning Department <br />prior to installation. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />the date of adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF JULY 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Michelotti and Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Berger and Wellman <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: July 23, 1986 <br />
