Resolution No. 2813 <br />July 23, 1986 <br />11. That the compact parking spaces proposed along the <br />east side of the common accessway leading from <br />Hopyard Road to the Marriott site be replaced with <br />standard sized parking spaces, and the building pad <br />for Building 4 moved back accordingly. <br />12. That the applicant submit final plans on the design <br />and color scheme of the flagpoles and pennants for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior <br />to issuance of any building permits. <br />13. That the applicant submit the final design of the <br />sign program for review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to issuance of any building permits. <br />14. That all signs shall be limited to the tenant name <br />and/or generic business name only. <br />15. The developer shall reconstruct a portion of the <br />median island in Chabot Drive, if, and as, required <br />by the City Engineer to effect a safe left turn <br />movement into the site from Chabot Drive. <br />16. The minimum radii for the on-site drive curb shall <br />meet the requirements of the Fire Marshal and the <br />City Engineer. <br />17. That this development shall be subject to all <br />Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference, except <br />Condition 9, 12, 13, 14, 29, 33, 46, 49, and 54. <br />Section 2.
